The Platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

To use Blue Collar Crypto, you must:

  • Be legally eligible to use digital platforms under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

BCC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if eligibility requirements are violated.

3. User Accounts & Identity

Users may register using email, wallet connection, or a combination of both. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate

BCC is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Role-Based Participation

Blue Collar Crypto operates a structured, role-based system. Upon onboarding, users may be assigned or choose one or more roles, including but not limited to:

  • Validators
  • Builders
  • Community Members
  • NFT Creators

Each role comes with specific permissions, responsibilities, and limitations. Abuse of role privileges may result in suspension or removal.

5. Community Conduct

All users must:

  • Act honestly and in good faith
  • Avoid fraud, impersonation, manipulation, or exploitation
  • Respect other community members
  • Refrain from spam, harassment, or malicious behavior

BCC reserves the right to moderate content, revoke privileges, or remove users who violate community standards.

6. Contributions & Validation

Any content, validation, project, or submission made on BCC:

  • Must be original or lawfully owned
  • Must not infringe on third-party rights
  • May be reviewed, validated, rejected, or removed at BCC’s discretion

Validation outcomes do not guarantee financial rewards unless explicitly stated.

7. NFTs, Digital Assets & Rewards

BCC may offer NFTs, badges, or digital rewards representing identity, contribution, or reputation.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Digital assets may have no guaranteed value
  • Market value may fluctuate or be lost entirely
  • BCC does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice

Users are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations related to digital assets.

8. No Financial Guarantees

Blue Collar Crypto is not an investment platform. Participation does not guarantee income, profit, or financial return.

All activities are performed at the user’s own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, systems, branding, and proprietary features are owned by Blue Collar Crypto unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of their original contributions but grant BCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute such content within the platform ecosystem. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Platform Availability

BCC strives for reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.

11. Termination

BCC may suspend or terminate any account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For abuse of platform systems
  • For behavior harmful to the community or ecosystem

Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Crypto shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of digital assets
  • Financial losses
  • Data loss
  • Platform downtime
  • Actions of other users

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

BCC may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Advertising and Sponsorships

The Company may offer advertising and sponsorship opportunities on the Platform.

All advertising and sponsorship arrangements:

  • Are subject to separate written agreements
  • May be approved or rejected at the Company’s discretion
  • Do not constitute endorsements unless explicitly stated

The Company reserves the right to remove or modify advertising content at any time.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Collar Labs LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
