Blue Collar Crypto is a community platform operated by Blue Collar Labs LLC. These Community Guidelines exist to protect users, maintain trust, and ensure the Platform remains a safe and productive environment.
By participating on the Platform, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Community Expectations
We expect all users to:
- Act honestly and in good faith
- Respect other users and projects
- Share accurate and non-misleading information
- Follow applicable laws and regulations
Participation on the Platform is a privilege, not a right.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are not allowed on the Platform.
a. Scams, Fraud, and Deception
You may not:
- Promote or facilitate scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive practices
- Impersonate individuals, businesses, projects, or organizations
- Misrepresent partnerships, endorsements, affiliations, or credentials
- Make false or misleading claims about products, services, projects, or outcomes
- Attempt to solicit funds, credentials, or sensitive information through deceptive means
Any activity that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or misleading may result in immediate removal or suspension.
b. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You may not:
- Pretend to be another individual or organization
- Create accounts or content that falsely imply association with Blue Collar Crypto, Blue Collar Labs LLC, or third parties
c. Harmful or Malicious Activity
You may not:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to exploit, probe, or attack the Platform or its users
- Circumvent security or access controls
d. Intellectual Property Violations
You may not:
- Post or distribute content you do not have the rights to use
- Infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights
e. Spam and Abuse
You may not:
- Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content
- Use automation, bots, or scripts without authorization
- Flood discussions, messages, or submissions
3. Sponsored and Promotional Content
Sponsored, paid, or promotional content must:
- Be clearly disclosed
- Comply with our Sponsored Content Disclosure
- Be truthful and not misleading
We reserve the right to remove promotional content that violates these standards.
4. Content Moderation and Enforcement
Blue Collar Labs LLC reserves the right to:
- Review, moderate, remove, or restrict content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Limit platform features
- Take other actions we deem appropriate
We are not obligated to provide advance notice or explanation for moderation decisions

Community Standard
Blue Collar Crypto is a network of communities created and shaped by its users. The Platform is operated by Blue Collar Labs LLC and exists to support builders, validators, creators, and community members through discussion, discovery, and collaboration.
Our communities are meant to foster learning, connection, and opportunity. While not every community or perspective will be for everyone, no part of the Platform should be used to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm others.
Participation on the Platform requires respect for both people and rules. These Platform Rules apply to all users and all communities on Blue Collar Crypto.

Platform-Wide Rules

Blue Collar Crypto is a place for community and collaboration — not harassment.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or bully others
- Promote hate or discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Incite violence or intimidation
Everyone has the right to participate without fear of abuse.
Rule 2: Abide by Community Rules
Each community may have its own additional rules.
You must:
- Participate authentically
- Respect community-specific guidelines
- Avoid spam, manipulation, or disruptive behavior
Do not interfere with communities you are not a part of.
Rule 3: Respect Privacy and Safety
You may not:
- Share or threaten to share private or confidential information
- Engage in doxxing or coordinated harassment
- Post intimate or explicit content of others without consent
Privacy violations are taken seriously and may result in immediate enforcement action.
Rule 4: Protect Minors
The Platform has zero tolerance for content involving the exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of minors.
Any such content or behavior will result in immediate removal and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Rule 5: Be Authentic
You do not need to use your real name, but you must not:
- Impersonate individuals, businesses, or projects
- Misrepresent affiliations, partnerships, or credentials
- Create deceptive identities or sockpuppet accounts
Honesty is required for trust to exist.
Rule 6: Label and Disclose Content Properly
You must:
- Clearly label sponsored or promotional content
- Use appropriate warnings for graphic, sensitive, or offensive material
- Avoid misleading titles, descriptions, or claims
Transparency protects both users and the Platform.
Rule 7: Keep It Legal
You may not:
- Post illegal content
- Solicit or facilitate illegal or prohibited transactions
- Promote scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes
This includes phishing, impersonation, false claims, and social engineering.
Rule 8: Don’t Break the Platform
You may not:
- Interfere with normal operation of the Platform
- Scrape, exploit, or abuse systems or data
- Circumvent security, moderation, or access controls
Protecting platform integrity protects everyone.
Enforcement
Blue Collar Labs LLC may enforce these rules in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:
- Informal warnings
- Content removal
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Restricting access to features or communities
- Removing or disabling communities
- Other actions we deem necessary to protect users and the Platform
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and may occur with or without prior notice.
